Rebooking / Cancellation 

 

A rebooking or cancellation of the WAB course is possible and can be done via e-mail at info@wabenglish.ch. However, the following fees apply for the cancellation of a WAB course: 

- Cancellation up to 5 working days* before the course date.                            free of charge

- Cancellation less than 4 working days* before the course day       100% of the course costs

- No-show on the course day                                                                   100% of the course costs

 

* Working days: Monday to Friday

Transfer of the course costs 

 

The course costs are to be paid in advance according to the payment date on the enclosed invoice. If you have registered at short notice, it is possible in exceptional cases to pay the course costs on the day of the course in cash.

 

Illness / Accident

 

If you are unable to attend due to illness or accident, please notify us as soon as possible. If we have a doctor's certificate within 2 days of the course date, you will only be charged a processing fee of CHF 50. If no medical certificate can be presented within 2 days, 100% of the course costs will be due.

 

Late arrival / no-show

 

If you are running late, please contact us immediately on 079 419 41 70. Course participants who arrive 10 or more minutes late are not entitled to a WAB course confirmation in accordance with the instructions of the Road Safety Council. In case of unexcused non-attendance, the entire course costs will be charged.
